I have a passion for connecting with those who are seeking professional help - whether it's for emotional support and guidance in healing from trauma and loss, managing stress and life transitions, gaining tools and motivation for reaching goals and living a more fulfilling life or learning strategies and having accountability for being a more effective leader - I am here for you! If you're in the stage of exploring options and would like a complimentary 30 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit, I'd love to hear from you. I'm pleased to offer teletherapy especially during the COVID-19 pandemic as we all strive for safety. Other benefits include access to services if homebound due to health, inclement weather, caregiver responsibilities or transportation problems as well as the convenience of no travel, office wait time and simply being comfortable in your own home during sessions.

This, along with my extensive experience as a psychotherapist and life coach lends a unique offering in consulting services.
